2011 - Martin Rickard joined Bowdens as a fern consultant and assisted in building the Gardening Scotland stand.
2012 - Bowdens purchased Rickards Hardy Ferns from Jenny
2013 onwards - Martin Rickard continues involvement with Bowdens while Dick Hayward propagates and supplies rare and special ferns.
