Wow! At last a hosta available which really does have red through the whole leaf. The foliage emerges green with red edges, then blushes red right from the tip to the base during the spring. It will gradually turn back greener when the temperatures get really hot in the summer. This one comes from Bob Solberg in the US whose beard is quite something.
